Hi andrea,

when did you buy it (date)? Unfortunately, the licensing stuff is out of my hands, since that is all handled by Skype. But I'll try to help you figure this out.

What you want to try first is update all your licenses. You do that by clicking on "Tools->Extras->Organize your Extras" in the Skype menu. In the bottom left of the opening window you click on "Options". Now you can update both your extras and the licenses. Try both and let me know if that fixed the issue.

Hi, it is still not free, so I wanted to buy it,after some failures I managed to pay via my skype account, but I still cannot get contactalarm to work on my computer, since the trial period has expired.

Great plug in, works a treat!
Just one suggestion, would be nice if there was an option to automatically turn the alarm off after the alarm has been triggered for the first time.

Hey lucas,

it still is supposed to be free. I'll talk to the Skype people on monday to see what went wrong. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Cheers,

Sebastian
