Unfortunately, the licensing stuff is out of my hands, since that is all handled by Skype. But I'll try to help you figure this out. What you want to try first is update all your licenses. You do that by clicking on "Tools->Extras->Organize your Extras" in the Skype menu. In the bottom left of the opening window you click on "Options".
