I built the app “Skeets” (the app) as a commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by myself and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

Information Collection and Use

When enabling Push Notifications within the app I may require you to provide me with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to the publicly available anonymous Bluesky ID and a Push Notification Token. The information that I request is transferred to a server hosted within the European Union (backend) and will be retained on the server as long as you wish to receive push notifications. The backend then uses the Push Notification Token and sends it (with a message to the user) to Apple’s APNS (Apple Push Notification Service), which in turn delivers it to the user’s device. If you opt into the feature of receiving push notifications for users you have subscribed to I use your Bluesky ID and associate it with the user’s Bluesky ID that you wish to subscribe to.

Apart from this no data is collected within the app.

Log Data

No log data is collected, neither in the app nor in the backend.

I value your trust in providing me with your personal information, thus I am striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

I may update the Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
