Amongst the common shopping app features we implemented a barcode scanner that users could employ to easily check Zalando for cheaper prices of a certain product while shopping at a local store. Another exclusive component we added was the "Styleshaker" - a device accelerometer activated product combinator that would utilise server-side Machine Learning to present the user with a 5-item shoppable "style" of matching outfit components. Being one of the first native shopping apps our app was a huge success and had over 1 millions downloads in its first month.]]>
